I started these pieces months before they were finished. I had done the background, and was unsure where they were going, so I put them away. Until, I was working on some tiny 2.5” x 3.5” paintings for an art trading cards event. While creating those, I drew some ‘lollipop’ flowers with my brush, and knew that was the foreground needed for this diptych!
