Shipping Information
Free Standard Shipping within Canada for orders over $25
All items are shipped with Canada Post (5-7 days delivery). Delivery times are not guaranteed as once your order leaves our hands, its delivery is beyond our control. Please contact us if you would prefer tracked shipping at an additional cost.
I make each piece by hand once your order has been placed. Orders are processed in 7-14 days. Custom orders may take longer to make and ship. Please let us know if there is an occasion or timeline that we should be sensitive to.

$5 Standard Shipping within Canada for orders under $25 (5 to 7 business days)
$10 Standard Shipping to the USA (7-10 business days)
$20 Standard Shipping Internationally
**If you are local to the Brantford area, and would like to pick up your order, and save the shipping cost, please enter the code PICKUP at checkout, and email Kim at kimclarkfineart@gmail.com to arrange pickup times.
Please specify if you would like the item tracked and signed for upon arrival. Additional shipping fees will apply. Please ask about these shipping rates by emailing us.
If you live outside of Canada, local customs or import duties may be charged by your local government. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to LOVE your Art purchase!
If you would like to return any items, please contact us at kimclarkfineart@gmail.com. Items can generally be returned within a reasonable period after receipt for a refund, but we are unable to refund shipping costs. Returned pieces must be unworn and all packaging must be returned in its original condition.
In the event that your Wearable Art breaks due to a flaw in the materials or the assembly, email us and we will repair or replace it for you.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake. We have the right to deny a return if it does not meet any of our return policy conditions.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to a week for refunds to show up on your account due to processing times between payment providers.
Returns and exchanges are not available for custom orders.
